    What do you do …
    What do you do about fresh ingredients or stuff that can only be stored frozen? For instance would you buy a year’s supply of fish for the fish dinner? You’d have to have a very big freezer.
    I’m not trying to be a smart alec. I’d really like to know.

    you can it yourself in a pressure cooker or buy it already canned -ie- tuna fish or canned salmon, not hard to do just buy a couple xtra cans everytime you go to the grocrey.

    This is probably the best way to customize your food storage. What is really neat is you will be happy with what you have to eat. If it all goes crazy and you have good food as something to look forward to, it will help psychologically.
