This is our home food storage. we also have another room with all of our non food items that i will upload later. we designed our pantry this way because we did not have much space. The shelves on the two walls are self rotating so it makes it easier to keep only fresh food.

Man that is the worst idea ever.Cans should always be stacked upwards so when you open them you can check to make sure they have not developed any botulism because even the smallest amount of it can kill your entire family.All cans should be checked when unopened for rust ,dings, cracks and scratches and also checked for mould,funges or blackness strange odor or color when opened.

In a SHTF situation, if you are desperate enough to steal someones food like that, then someone will defenaintly be willing to put a slug in your chest or a steel core 7.62 round in your head. Don’t think for one second that these people who are well prepared would just forget about the other preparations such as security.

Your buddies will no longer be your buddies because like you they will be deperate and will turn on you. No honor among thieves. People that are prepared will band together to take defend against your kind. When the shtf there will be no light walks. Start preparing for yourself and you will not have to take from the weak.

Potato Mayonnaise (no eggs)
Very small baked potato
1 teaspoon powdered sugar
1 teaspoon mustard
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup olive oil
From what I can tell we may not be too far from having to put all our skills to use and we will all need trustworthy useful allies in our homes and in our neighborhoods.
We feel like we are so behind and we have no time to waste.

I have a set up very much like yours. We have food for all of our children (9) and more for at least 18 months. We add more and more all the time. Recently I took some ladies on tour of our property to show how we had prepared (which wasn’t entirely comfortable, so i assured them we had more than enough fire power to protect it). One sister said, “I feel like I am standing on holy ground”. She was absolutely right. I feel that way all the time when I enter my storage rooms. The peace that comes from preparing is a blessing and comfort. No time to lose…. we feel it… it’s coming…. I hope everyone catches the vision and opens themselves up to the obvious signs right in front of our eyes. Thanks for allowing us to see your system. It is very helpful to many I’m sure.
