Natural ReliefUsing Wild Yam Cream for Natural Hormone Balance
By Jeannie SorensenHave you ever found a product you absolutely love, and wondered why everyone is not using it? Maybe it's because they have never heard about it, or don't know what it is for. Over ten years ago my sisters Betty and Connie introduced me to a product called Resolve. I was a little skeptical when she told me it was a wild yam cream you just rub on your skin and you feel better because it gives your body the raw materials it needs to raise your progesterone level. My first thought was that my hormones were fine and I really didn't need it. However, Betty and Connie are my sisters, and they were both totally convinced that the product worked, so I decided to give it a fair try. Betty gave me a jar of Resolve along with an audio tape called "It's Not All in Your Head". The tape helped me understand why the female body needs a balance between estrogen and progesterone. I listened to the tape and started using the product twice a day. For the first two months I wasn't really sure whether the product was working or not. But as I started on my third jar, my arthritic hands and knees started aching like crazy, and I started feeling angry, not knowing who I was angry at or why. I remembered being warned that symptoms of estrogen dominance sometimes get worse before they get better, and that if this should happen I should simply use more cream to help balance the two hormones. Before I started using Resolve, I had dark bags under my eyes, I was visiting a chiropractor twice a month because my lower back hurt, my knees and hands ached from arthritis, and I was carrying stress throughout my body to the point that my jaw ached. I did not know what to do about it, and had no idea my problems were related to hormonal imbalance. But the longer I used Resolve, the better I found I could deal with stress. My friends began to notice the bags disappearing from beneath my eyes. My knees stopped aching and my hands felt considerably better. I haven't been to the chiropractor in several years because I haven't felt the need. I also give Resolve the credit for helping me extend my youthfulness. I had my last two babies, both healthy and strong, at the ages of 43 and 45½ respectively. And now while many women my age are experiencing the discomforts of menopause, I have somehow managed to escape the hot flashes and other symptoms. I know I will eventually have to grow old along with everyone else, but I am grateful for a few extra good years of health and youthfulness.
