Are you affiliated with the LDS Provident Living website?
No. Our website was here long before the LDS Church set up its own site with a similar name (providentliving.org). We do, however, enjoy the information presented on that site.

Do you accept advertising on your site?
Yes, but we are picky about what we will accept. Send email to advertising@providentliving.com for guidelines.

Are the providentliving.com domain and Provident Liviing® trademark for sale?
No. You’d be surprised how often we hear that question. However, we are always interested in joint ventures with companies whose products and services are compatible with ours. Contact us if you would like to explore the possibility.

How do I pick up my order?
We will contact you by phone or email when your products are ready to pick up. You will need to arrange a time to come get your order at our Orem, Utah showroom. For directions or further information, please call us at (801) 226-0635.

When will you cash my check or charge my credit card?
Your check will be deposited or your card charged when your products are ready for shipment. If you are paying by credit card, please make sure to use a card that will not expire for at least eight weeks.

How long will it take to get my products?
Small orders for products in stock are generally shipped within 2 business days. Shipping times for large orders or items not in stock can vary greatly based on demand. Under normal circumstances it generally takes 2-4 weeks for shipments to come in. However, in times of crisis or uncertainty, demand for products skyrockets and suppliers often get backed up, which may delay shipments for weeks or even months. If you wait until there is a crisis before you order, chances are you will pay more and have to wait a long time! We will try to anticipate shipping delays and post warnings on our website as appropriate. To find out the most current shipping status, please give us a call.

Can you ship my order?
Yes, we can and do ship orders within the continental United States. Ground-based shipping costs approximately $8.10 plus 75¢ per pound. Some small orders can be shipped more economically via USPS Priority Mail. Very large orders may qualify for considerably less expensive shipping. Call for further information.

What if one of my products is backordered?
Occasionally our suppliers will run out of a particular product and not ship it. In this case we will let you know and reorder the product. Or, if you prefer, we will refund the price of the backordered product.

Do you accept group orders?
Absolutely! Many of our customers find that this is a great way to save money and time. It is also an easy way to put together a large enough order to qualify for low shipping rates! We now provide many of our flyers in Microsoft Excel format so that you can modify them to fit the needs of your group.

Will you give me a commission if I promote your products?
Yes, we offer commissions and wholesale purchasing on many of our preparedness products. Contact us for information about our Associate Program.
