It’s smart, too! The indicator on the lid tells you exactly when to start processing.

Water Bath Canning Jar Capacity: 8 pints or 7 quarts.

Steam Canning Jar Capacity: 9 pints, 8 quarts, or 5 half gallons.

Please Note: Because this pan does NOT have a flat bottom. It is NOT suitable for use on smooth top, flat top or ceramic top ranges.
