Steam Juicer
Fill the bottom pan with water, place fruit in the colander, cover with the lid, and heat on a stove. As the water boils, hot steam penetrates and opens fruit cells, allowing the juice to drip into the juice kettle. About 60 minutes later, release the clamp and drain off the flavorful juice concentrate through the drain tube.

The bottom pan is ideal for boiling, stewing and simmering soups. It’s also great for roasting and baking beef, chicken, pork and other meats. The smooth surfaces will stay shiny and bright for years, while the rounded corners aid in easier cleaning. The pan holds 7 quarts and measures 11″ in diameter.
